The Jaw Mill MG200 is a general-purpose, high-performance grinding machine for high-repetition grinding and homogenization. Dry, wet and freeze grinding of a wide range of materials. working principle
The sample to be treated is placed between the mortar and pestle through a feed port at the top for grinding. The sample is pulverized by the pressing and rubbing between the crucible and the wall of the mortar. The rotating mortar drives the rotation of the crucible, and the sample is also rotated, and the grinding is repeated to achieve uniform mixing of the sample. Taking into account the final accuracy and pressure matching and the need to terminate the sample preparation at any time, the jaw mill MG series is equipped with a top pressure mechanism and a flexible scraper setting and the speed is adjustable from 50-130 rpm.
